Shipping Policy

If any of the products received in your order are damaged or deemed defective, please contact us 5 business days from the delivery date of your package at info@adventuresofshaheenfalcon.com to discuss obtaining a replacement.

 

If you receive an Order Delivery Confirmation Email or Track your Order and it shows as Delivered but have not received your package – please notify us within 5 business days so we may open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

 

Orders confirmed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders confirmed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of resuming business the following Monday. Orders confirmed on National Holidays will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of resuming operations the following business day.

 

We are currently shipping to the Continental US only. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is unavailable at this time.

 

All shipping rates are non-refundable once order has shipped. Shipping is calculated based on weight of package, distance traveled and shipping method selected at checkout. Refer to FedEx website for guidelines and guarantees on delivery methods. Shipping method window starts when order is shipped and picked up by FedEx.

Returns:

  • Online orders purchased must be returned within 7 days of receipt of order.
  • All merchandise must be returned in the original condition in which it was purchased. SHRINK WRAPPED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE IF OPENED.
  • We do not accept returns without a valid register receipt. This is required for all refunds or exchanges.
  • If purchased online, a copy of the online receipt with the stamped ship date is required for any returns.
  • Refunds are generally, issued in the same method as the original method of payment. With the exception of checks, which are refunded after 10 business days or after the check has cleared.
  • Shaheen Falcon LLC. may elect to refund any payment using a store account or gift card.
  • All merchandise purchased as “Sale” and/or “Clearance” may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Shaheen Falcon LLC. reserves the right to request an ID during any transaction or to deny any refund, exchange, or price adjustment.
  • Shaheen Falcon LLC. management reserves the right to make the decision on the condition or salability of any merchandise.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Special orders are non-refundable.
  • General merchandise, gift items, and clothing may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with the tags attached to the product. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Closeout and/or clearance items are non-refundable.
